Here at the Grief River® Store, we want to lessen your grief, not add to it. If something is damaged or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can either replace what's damaged or you can return it for a full refund. Requests for a refund must occur within 30 days of purchase. Once the item has been returned we will refund the cost of the item plus shipping and handling fees. Contact us via email and we can work out the details.
They say there are only two things that are certain, death and taxes. Because you live in Illinois we need to charge you sales tax. Because we are based in Chicago, you are going to be paying a little bit more. The current rate is 10.25%. Sorry if this causes you any grief, this is one those areas we all just have to learn to "go with the flow."
Tax-exempt organizations based in Illinois can order online without sales tax by registering for a customer account number. Email us with the subject line: “TAX-EXEMPT ACCOUNT REQUEST”and attach a PDF copy of your tax-exempt status form, at (email@example.com). After your organization’s documentation is received and verified, we will send you an account code. If you have already placed an order without creating an account and need your sales tax refunded, please send proof of your tax-exempt status to us and email it to us at the same address.
When you transfer sensitive information (such as credit card data) that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for the "lock' and the "https" at the beginning of the address for this webpage.
